It has a wide range of attractions, from sprawling parks with breathtaking waterfalls to bustling cities and college towns that are fun for the whole family. So whether you're planning a long weekend or a lengthier vacation, be sure to check out this list of the 10 best places in Ohio!

Dayton is the cradle of aviation, so it should come as no surprise that many of its top attractions are centered around flying and its background. While here, you can learn more about the first practical aircraft the Wright Brothers constructed and gain an insight into the lives of the inventive pilots at Wright Brothers Hill and the John W. Berry, Sr. Wright Brothers National Museum. And if you need more information on aviation history, you can also visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force, the biggest and oldest museum in the world devoted to military aircraft, and the National Aviation Hall of Fame.

Cleveland is a spot that has it all. Whether you're a nature lover, an art enthusiast, a sports fanatic, a foodie, or a combination of them all, this place is absolutely for you! And we arent the only people who think so, renowned author Charles Dickens once confirmed that Cincinnati is a place to see. The city has several districts, each with its characteristics. Eden Park sits just outside the scenic Mount Adams neighborhood, while the historic over-the-Rhine neighborhood is home to Findlay Markets, Cincinnati Music Hall, and some of the city's best shops, bars, and restaurants. While you're here, be sure to try Cincinnati's famous Five Way Chili.

Ohio has a lot to offer, you can't run a shortage of things to do while here. You can go hiking, jogging, and biking trails along the Scioto Mile. As for nature lovers, you can spend hours exploring the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Architecture buffs—you've not been left behind, you can admire the charming buildings in the historic district of German Village. And what about sports lovers?
