It is filled with quaint old towns, mountain resorts that offer great skiing, and a burgeoning art community. This video is part 2 of our videos exploring Romania, in part 3 we are heading just south of Transylvania into Sinaia and Bucegi Natural Park, to explore Cascada Urlătoarea (translating in English to The Screaming Waterfall) as well as the incredible summer residence of the Romanian Royal family Peleș Castle.

Bran Castle is marketed as Dracula's castle due to its links with Vlad The Impaler (The real-life inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula) Vlad III (also known as Vlad Tepes or Vlad Dracula) is a national hero of Romania for protecting Wallachia and the rest of Europe from countless Ottoman Invasions. He was feared for his brutal methods of punishing his enemies. Vlad the Impaler had associations with Bran Castle; in this video, we explore this incredible castle.
We are also exploring Brasov, an amazing mountain city located within the Carpathian mountains. Here we are exploring The Black Church (an iconic gothic church with walls that have been supposedly stained black from a fire that ripped through Brasov) we are going to the top of Tampa mountain to see an epic view of Brasov, as well as walking from the White Tower to the Black tower to overlook Brasov from all angles!
Finally, we are heading to Peștera Valea Cetății., an incredible cave located around a 20 minuted drive from Brasov. This cave is relatively newly discovered and opens out into an enormous opening, a truly spectacular cave.
