Баладжары один из древнейших 32-х поселков города Баку, где ранее была крепость используемая в оборонительных целях. В данный момент от крепости не найти даже останков.

Центр был оснащён необходимым оборудованием для комфортабельного отдыха жителей. В парке были также построены современные объекты питания. Отметим, что прежде парк назывался Парком железнодорожников.
