The Cherries of Vignola, Modena, an Italian specialty.
If you decide to take a tour with me of Vignola, Italy, the best period is June. I will be more than pleased to show you around during the festival, with stalls along the town streets selling fresh cherries of the best Italian variety. We can just spend an entire day in Vignola visiting its beautiful Castle and the spiral staircase of Jacopo Barozzi or if you like wine, decide to stop in a winery for a sip of good Lambrusco. But if you like cooking, there is nothing better than to go for a cooking class to learn how to prepare all the specialties of my Region: Emilia Romagna: Fresh egg pasta from scratch, vegan and vegetarian dishes, and a cherry tart like in this video. A feira de rua que se estendia sobre ruas e a grande praça, que era emoldurada pelo som de simpáticos músicos, para não citar os produtos simples porém de grande qualidade. A cidade não faz parte da rota turística tradicional, o que é um belo convite para quem não se importa com estas etiquetas.
