If you are interested in visiting cities around Moscow to explore Russian culture, I will tell you about the another city.
Sergiev Posad is one of the cities of Golden Ring of Russia.
Golden Ring is a touristic route which include ancient towns and unique monuments.
The population of the town is more than 103 444.
1)The Holy Trinity-St. Sergius Lavra
Свято Троицкая Сергиева лавра
In 1993, the Trinity Lavra was inscribed on the UN World Heritage List.
This is the most popular place in Sergiev Posad.
The Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius is the most important Russian monastery and the spiritual centre of the Russian Orthodox Church. The monastery was founded in 1337 by one of the Russian saints, we saw his monument in the beginning, Sergius of Radonezh.
In 17 th century the Lavra was attacked by Poles and Lithuanian, by Germans and even by Russians in Soviet time
2) The central building is The Trinity Cathedral Троицкий собор
The interior walls were painted by Andrei Rublev. There are relics of Sergius of Radonezh.
3)Dormition Cathedral - Успенский собор появился через сто пятьдесят лет - в 1585-м. Он был построен по велению Ивана Грозного.

🔥 Рига - встреча в Опере на ГАМЛЕТЕ
🇱🇻 Привет, друзья! С вами Зажигалочка. Я сегодня иду в Латвийскую Национальную Оперу смотреть премьеру ГАМЛЕТА куда пригласил меня мой друг Паулс.
Латвийский Национальный Театр Оперы и балета. После реконструкции он увеличил свои размеры. Вот такая красивая вечерняя Рига с подсвеченными мостиками через канал и светящимся памятником Свободы.
Латвийский Театр Оперы и балета очень красивое здание.
Обычно люди приходят в оперу чуть чуть пораньше потому что здесь можно немножко психологически подготовиться к празднику. Я называю это праздником. Здесь работает буфет у мы с Павлом будем … я буду пить шампанское, он алкоголь вообще не пьет, поэтому он будет пить минералку, но мы будем есть отличные латвийские пирожные с чашечкой кофе. Правда Паул? Правда. Правда. Правда.
Сегодня в Латвии отмечается несколько событий, во-первых это день баррикад. Я сегодня днем была на выставке в честь 31 года со дня баррикад в которых я участвовала. Я тоже. Ты тоже, да. Но тем не менее сегодня главное событие то что мы с Павлом встретились. Мы с ним работали вместе, мы с ним учились в Дании вместе …
И идем вместе иногда когда кое кто приезжает в Ригу идем в театр. Сегодня мы на премьере. Вечер премьеры оперы ГАМЛЕТ. Последняя премьера ГАМЛЕТА в Риге была в 43 году, так что практически 80 лет тому назад. Так что будет интересно.
Во время нашей беседы к нам подошла оперная певица Кристине Гайлите и уточнила, что последний раз ГАМЛЕТ был поставлен в 2004 году, где она исполняла роль Офелии. В оперной программе об этом не было сказано. Но в преддверии 100-летия Яниса Калниньша в июле 2004 года на развалинах Бауского замка была показана опера «Гамлет».
Мой ученик Янис Апейнис, баритон, неоднократный лучший солист года, в сегодняшнем Гамлете выступает в роли Клавдия.
А мой земляк, Теодор Рейтер, из Ляудонской волости Мадонского края, был первым главным дирижером оперы.
Я тоже, поскольку Паул пригласил я стала интересоваться историей и нашла материалы в интернете о том, что первый ГАМЛЕТ был поставлен в Латышкой национальной опере в 1936 году и прошел с огромными овациями. В описании нового спектакля было написано, что это совершенно какой то новый подход, он связан как то немножко с современностью, очень интересные декорации которые создавались при помощи принтера. Мы ожидаем много интересного. Паул, я очень рада тебя видеть. Спасибо!
Мировую славу латвийскому музыкальному искусству принесли артисты балета Марис Лиепа, Михаил Барышников, Александр Годунов, оперные звёзды Эгил Силиньш, Александр Антоненко, Элина Гаранча, Кристине Ополайс, Майя Ковалевска, Марина Ребека.
На сцене Латвийской оперы не доиграл свой последний спектакль во время гастролей московского Театра сатиры Андрей Миронов.
В январе 2022 года на сцену Латвийской национальной оперы вернулось одно из самых ярких произведений латышской музыки - музыкальная трагедия Яниса Калниньша Гамлет.
(Паул говорит по латышски о том что латвийские оперные представления живут не долго, но надеется что эта опера будет жить).

UNESCO telah menetapkan Saint Petersburg sebagai salah satu warisan dunia. Julukan tradisional kota ini di antara orang Rusia adalah Jendela ke Barat dan Jendela ke Eropa.
Saint Petersburg memiliki warisan sejarah dan budaya yang kaya. XXIST CENTURY BALLET STARS is the 4th edition of the Russian Ballet Jewels aiming at bringing the most extraordinary world ballet stars to Switzerland.
The focus of the show will be based on what is the best in the universe of ballet NOW and today’s “Gods of Dance”. You will see 11 astonishing Ballet Stars, internationally renowned artists, principal dancers of the Bolshoi Theatre, the American Ballet Theatre, the Staatsballett Berlin, the Dutch National Ballet, the Royal Ballet of Flanders and Grand Théâtre de Genève. They are worldwide famous dancers and some of them are also promising choreographers.
The program will become a stunning showcase of their great talents as dancers and choreographers.

Anna Nikulina - Prima Ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre. Merited Artist of the Russian Federation Awards: In 2004, she was a recipient of a Triumph youth grant prize. In 2018, awarded the title Honored artist of the Russian Federation.
Yumi Aizawa– principal dancer at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.
Sasha Riva – former principal dancer at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, founder of the Riva&Repele danzarte.
Awards: In 2012 Sasha was awarded the title of Promising Young Talent 2012 by the German Tanz magazine and in 2017 he received the International Award of Merit from the artistic director Mauro de Candia during the Gala Tersicore in Italy.
Simone Repele – former principal dancer at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, founder of the Riva&Repele danzarte.

In 2018, Simone received the Anfiteatro d'oro prize from the city of Avella from Francesco Imperatore for her creativity and expressive originality.
In 2020, Simone was selected for the prestigious evening of the Noverre Gesellschaft, to create a piece for the Stuttgart Ballet.
