Geraldton is roughly 4.5 hours north of Perth. It is a gorgeous coastal city with plenty to do and see.
It's really easy to get around as well, most things are within walking distance but having a car sure does make it easier. It is a great road trip destination as there are many wonderful things to see along the way such as the Pinnacles. Enjoy! ^_^

Kings Park, (Noongar: Kaarta Gar-up) is a 400.6-hectare (990-acre) park overlooking Perth Water and the central business district of Perth, Western Australia.
The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland. Offering panoramic views of the Swan River and Darling Range, it is home to over 324 native plant varieties, 215 known indigenous fungi species and 80 bird species.
It is the most popular visitor destination in Western Australia, being visited by over five million people each year.
Besides tourist facilities Kings Park contains the State War Memorial, the Royal Kings Park Tennis club and a reservoir. The streets are tree lined with individual plaques dedicated by family members to Western Australian service men and women who died in World War I and World War II. Visiting The Beautiful City of Perth in 2023 (All within 24 hours)
Recently I spent 24 hours in Perth, Western Australia and had the opportunity to take in all the best tourist sites within the Perth CBD. We firstly made our way up to Kings Park and got a spectacular view of the Perth city skyline. The following morning we walked down past Elizabeth Quay and visited the Bell Tower near the Port Of Perth, before tracking along the Swan River and finally visiting the Perth Mint, which was an absolute standout. Here we had a tour of the Mint and even got to watch a live gold pour! Overall it was an amazing 24 hours in this beautiful city and we cannot wait to go and travel here again. Which leaves us the question, is Perth the best city in Australia? I certainly think it is the most picturesque!!
