After 8 days travelling overland in Chad, with great expectation we arrived at the Lakes of Ounianga, veritable seas of salty water and others of fresh water in the heart of the Sahara. In front of us we were shown a paradise drawn in the middle of the desert.
Like a big secret, Chad keeps jealously one of the most beautiful deserts on the planet with awesome places lake Ounianga lakes, Ennedi massif or Tibesti region.
A part of the Sahara Desert that has remained enigmatic and unknown until today because of decades of conflict.
Chad is now emerging as an oasis of security in the midst of a region marked with instability. Never before has there been a better time to explore this country in peace and quiet.

Приглашаю вас в атмосферу апрельской алматинской дачи, где мой дядя Рустам делится тайнами самого великого плова по афганскому рецепту с рисом Басмати. Погрузитесь в процесс приготовления вкуснейшего блюда, о котором шепчет весь мир!
Рецепт для приготовления плова из риса басмати по афгански:
Ингредиенты:
- 2 кг риса Басмати
- 3 кг говяжьего мяса (корейка)
- 2 кг оранжевой моркови
- 750 мл растительного масла
- 3 головки репчатого лука
- Соль
- Зира
- Куркума
- Черный немолотый перец
- Изюм (200 г)
Пошаговый процесс приготовления:
1. Подготовьте ингредиенты: нарежьте мясо небольшими кусочками, морковь на крупные ломтики, лук - полукольцами.
2. В большой кастрюле разогрейте растительное масло. Обжарьте лук до золотистого цвета.
3. Добавьте мясо и жарьте до румяности.
4. Добавьте морковь и продолжайте жарить, пока морковь не станет мягкой.
5. Посолите по вкусу, добавьте зиру, куркуму и черный перец.
6. Добавьте изюм и продолжайте готовить еще некоторое время.
7. Промойте рис и добавьте его в кастрюлю, перемешайте с остальными ингредиентами.
8. Добавьте горячую воду так, чтобы она покрыла рис на 2-3 сантиметра.
9. Прикройте кастрюлю крышкой и варите на среднем огне до готовности риса.
10. Подавайте плов горячим, посыпав сверху зеленью по желанию.

इससे पहले हमने आपको बताया था उत्तराखंड में स्थित सप्ती बद्री के बारे में, इसी बीच आज हम आपको बताने जा रहे हैं पंच केदारना के बारे में। जी हां, शास्त्रों में उत्तराखंड के सप्तबद्री, पंचकेदार और पंचप्रयाग की महिमा का वर्णन मिलता है। इसके अनुसार मुख्य केदारनाथ मंदिर के अलावा अन्य चार और ऐसे मंदिर है, जिन्हें केदारनाथ के नाम से जाना जाता है। आईए जानते हैं उन मंदिरों के बारे में कि ये कहां स्थित है व इनकी खासियत-
श्री केदारनाथ : इसके बारे में तो लगभग लोग जानते ही हैं कि यहां 11 वें ज्योर्तिलिंग के रूप में शिव जी की पूजा होती है। यह पावन धाम ऋषिकेश से 229 कि.मी दूरी पर स्थित है। जहां पहुंचने के लिए 16 किलोमीटर तक की पैदल यात्रा करनी पड़ती है। मान्यता है कि इस तीर्थ में गंगा, मधुवर्णा, क्षीरवर्णा, श्वेतवर्णा, सुचिवर्णा धाराओं में प्रवाहमान होती रही है। इसके अलावा ये भी कहा जाता है कि केदारनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग का आधा भाग यहां केदारनाथ में है और आधा नेपाल के पशुपतिनाथ में है।
मदमहेश्वर : दूसरा केदार मदमहेश्वर के नाम से जाना जाता है। लोक मत है कि शिव के मध्यभाग के दर्शन के कारण यह मदमहेश्वर के नाम से प्रख्यात है। इस मंदिर में मौजूद शिवलिंग की आकृति नाभि के समान है।
तुंगनाथ : तुंगनाथ पंच केदारों में तृतीय केदार माना जाता है। शिव का यहां नाभि से ऊपर और सिर से नीचे का भाग यानि धड़ प्रतिष्ठित माना जाता है। तुंगनाथ भगवान की पूजा ग्रीष्मकाल में की जाती है। शीतकाल में यहां की चल विग्रह मूर्ति मुक्कूमठ ले जाई जाती है और पूरे शीतकाल के दौरान यही इनकी पूजा की जाती है।
रुद्रनाथ : पंचकेदारों में चतुर्थ केदार के रूप में प्रसिद्ध है रुद्रनाथ, यहां भगवान शिव के मुखाकृति के दर्शन होते हैं। इस स्थान को पितरों का तर्पण करने वाले श्रेष्ठ तीर्थों में से मुख्य माना जाता है। इससे जुड़ी पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार रुद्रनाथ तीर्थ में ही देवर्षि नारद ने भगवान शंकर को कनखल (हरिद्वार) में दक्ष प्रजापति द्वारा यज्ञ कराने के दौरान देवी सती के दाह की सूचना दी थी। कहा जाता है भगवान रुद्रनाथ यहां गुफा में विराजमान रहते हैं।

Ankarana Special Reserve in northern Madagascar was created in 1956. It is a small, partially vegetated plateau composed of 150-million-year-old Middle Jurassic limestone. With an average annual rainfall of about 2,000 millimetres (79 in), the underlying rocks are susceptible to erosion, thereby producing caves and underground rivers—a karst topography. The rugged relief and the dense vegetation have helped protect the region from human intrusion.
The plateau slopes gently to the east, but on the west it ends abruptly in the Wall of Ankarana, a sheer cliff that extends 25 kilometres (16 mi) north to south, and rises as high as 280 metres (920 ft). To the south, the limestone mass breaks up into separate spires known as tower karst. In the center of the plateau, seismic activity and eons of rainfall have dissolved the limestone away in deep gorges, and sometimes redeposited it in ribbons of flowstone. In places where the calcific upper layers have been completely eroded, the harder base rock has been etched into channels and ridges known as tsingy.
The largest sinkhole in the Ankarana karst region, Mangily sinkhole, measures up to 700 metres (2,300 ft) across and 140 metres (460 ft) deep with a volume of 25 million cubic metres (33,000,000 cu yd). The area is sacred to the Antankarana people, who have historically taken refuge from encroaching enemy armies in its caves and other natural rock shelters.
