Colombia beautiful places to visit | Cartagena, Santa Marta, Bogota city | Video | Colombia in 4k

Colombia is an Obligatory Destination in a Tourist Guide
Discover a new, beautiful country for yourself. In this video, you’ll see Colombia best places to visit. You’ll find out the most breath-catching views and nice landscapes, which each traveler should see during a trip to the country. Shooting is made by a drone in 4k format. It provides a high-quality video for viewing on any screen. Thus, you can fully enjoy the beauty of the country regardless of the chosen device resolution. It will
help you create your own guide and TOP places that you want to see while having leisure time in the country.

Colombia most beautiful places
Colombia is full of picturesque landscapes, historical sightseeing, and admiring views. When visiting the county, a traveler plunges into the atmosphere of relaxation and joy. This is the place when time stops, and a person can admire a lovely pastime.
Colombia is rich in adorable views. These include natural parks and gardens, historical monuments, and spectacular art pieces. The country is the place that managed to successfully combine the heritage of nature and history with modern buildings. Thus, each tourist will find sightseeing to his/her taste.

Various famous locations have different styles. Here, you can observe either urban jungles or rural landscapes. When you pass along the streets of a city, you admire the sophisticated architecture of different epochs. The country has preserved historical monuments related to different centuries. Thus, the place will be interesting
either for ancient or modern architecture fans. Nature lovers can visit a national park. After an intensive excursion in the city, a tourist can have rest sitting in a shady alley and admiring the picturesque nature.

The capital of the state is not the only place that is worth a traveler’s attention. If you come to the country for several days, do not stay in the city through your holidays. Leave a day or even two to visit the suburbs. You’ll open a completely different view to
yourself. You’ll feel the taste of freedom and unity with nature. Mountains, plains, and cliffs will leave you speechless. When staying at the foot of a mountain or on the edge of a precipice, admiring landscapes will make you hold your breath.

This is what you can see in the video. Observing the territory from the bird’s eye view is the most memorable pastime. Our drone has shot the most admiring places in the country. If you’re going to visit the state, do not skip an opportunity to visit to the highest point of the state (for example, climb a mountain, go to an observation deck).
You’ll observe the same views in reality but your feelings will be one hundred times stronger. Believe that this activity won’t leave you indifferent. Emotions will overwhelm you.

Colombia best places to visit:
1. City of Cartagena
2. City of Santa Marta
3. City of Bogota (capital of Colombia)

As you discover the country, you understand that this is the perfect place to go to for a honeymoon or a holiday. The state is ready to offer different kinds of entertainment to any taste and size of the wallet. These include:
Numerous cafes, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs for going out at night;
City tours and excursions to local attractions;
Museums, galleries, exhibitions;
Sunbathing under sunlight;
Renting a yacht and making a voyage across a local reservoir;
Visiting craft farms and finding out secrets of local production;
Getting acquainted with local traditions and customs.

The list of offered activities is not complete. Each traveler has different priorities, aims, and tastes. Thus, there is no single guide on where to go. Everyone decides for him-/herself where to go and what to see. Colombia has a great variety of options. The country is ready to please different travelers and offers exciting ways to spend
a weekend. Pick the most suitable ones according to your interests and preferences.
When choosing the place to live in during a trip, travelers have a choice between several options. These are a comfortable hotel in the city, a room in a guest house, a cozy country house, a bungalow near a reservoir. Everything is done so that to satisfy each visitor and
provide him/her with the desired facilities.

To draw the line, make sure that Colombia is the place you must visit in your life to discover another reality and meet people that stick to other traditions, customs, and believes. This is one of the places on the world map where a tourist can feel freedom and
satisfaction just walking through the city or resting somewhere out of busy urban corners.

Magnificent Santa Marta Colombia Travel Destination!!

Magnificent Santa Marta Colombia Travel Destination!! Santa Marta Colombia is the Gateway into the Tayrona National Park.

Santa Marta (Colombia)

Santa Marta, a city in northern Colombia, is the perfect blend of modernity and nature. This beautiful city is famous for comprising the tallest coastal mountain range. Santa Marta is enriched with one of the most beautiful bays in America, amazing food, and delightful people Did you know Pablo Escobar, one of the world's wealthiest drug dealers, was born in Colombia?

Today, we'll discuss Santa Marta's historical and cultural background, as well as exciting things to do and locations you shouldn't miss when visiting this lovely city. Keep watching this video till the end if you want to learn more interesting things about Santa Marta.

Santa Marta was founded in 1529 by the Spanish conqueror Rodrigo de Bastidas. It was Colombia's first Spanish settlement and the country's oldest surviving city. It is home to around 499,192 members of the indigenous ethnic groups KOGI, ARHUACO, KANKUAMO, and WIWA. The diversity in landscapes, food, culture, and welcoming people is what makes Santa Marta so special.

Santa Marta is located in the province of Magdalena on the Caribbean Sea's Santa Marta Bay. It is 992 kilometers from Bogotá and 93 kilometers from Barranquilla.

Perhaps you have heard Caribbean before in a famous film Yes, the Caribbean that was the epicenter of pirates during the Golden Age of Piracy. While sailing in the Caribbean, you may pretend to be a jack sparrow and make the best out of your stay in Santa Marta.

If you can't decide between the mountains and the beach, Santa Marta is the perfect place for you because it has both. Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world's tallest coastal mountain range, has traveled 1,367 miles from Peru to northern Colombia in the previous 170 million years. There are three political states, 11 municipalities, two national parks, and three indigenous reserves within the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It is also designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Cristobal Colon Peak, which rises 19,029 feet above sea level, and Simon Bolivar Peak, which reaches 18,947 feet above sea level, are the two highest summits in the Santa Marta Range.

Santa Marta has a hot semi-arid environment with fairly consistent temperatures throughout the year, which attracts people who enjoy moderate weather. So you can enjoy any part of the year and schedule a visit that suits your busy life. The region is frequently crowded from June to September, as people try to escape the summer heat and enjoy their holidays.

Tayrona national park is a must-see while visiting Santa Marta. The park covers an area of approximately 30 square kilometers of marine territory in the Caribbean Sea as well as 150 square kilometers of land. It is an exquisite setting, combining a diverse range of landscapes in a single location. You can go trekking in Tayrona National Park's mountains, which are covered in beautiful green blankets, or simply sit on the beach and listen to the mesmerizing sounds of the waves. Cristal Beach is a little bay in Tayrona National Natural Park with crystal-clear water and stunning hues that make it impossible to look away.

According to a survey, Tayrona Park was the second most visited national park in Colombia in 2019, with 458,755 visitors. Afterward, Covid-19 immensely affected the number of visitors.

Rodadero Beach matches the brochures showing top tourist destinations in Colombia. This beach is popular not only in Santa Marta but across the Caribbean region as well. If you enjoy water sports and sand play, you should certainly consider visiting Rodadero beach. Chilling on the beach, build a sandcastle with your children under the splendid sun and refreshing sea breeze. If you're traveling with your family, this beach offers hotel services for visitors that aren't too far away, so you can go to your hotel without having to drive too far. The best part about Rodadero is it has so many trees at the beachfront, so you can just rent a chair and sit under the shade while reading your favorite book or listening to music.

Why You Should Visit BOGOTA COLOMBIA (Way BETTER Than We Expected!)

Here's why you should visit Bogota, Colombia's colorful capital city! It was way better than we expected!

Bogota is one of those cities that gets a bit of a bad reputation and many travelers will merely pass through the airport or bus terminals on their way to some of Colombia's more touristy destinations like Cartagena or Medellin.

But if you do choose to stick around in Colombia's capital you'll be rewarded with some really great experiences! We spent one week living in Bogota and definitely recommend allowing at least a few days to get to know the city during your Colombia trip!

7 Reasons Not To Live In Colombia | Is Colombia The Right Place For You?

We show you the real Medellin from an Expat perspective!
???? Sneak Peek Services ????

Is Colombia the right place for you?
There are tons of reasons why Colombia is the right country to relocate to. But there are also a lot of reasons why not. I will talk about 7 reasons why people might reconsider moving to Colombia.

What are the reasons to reconsider relocating?
Getting to know a new culture, is surely one of those reasons. You might have been born and raised in a totally different kind of culture. And it might be hard to adapt to new habits, therefore, you might reconsider moving to Colombia. It is surely a challenge especially at the beginning to adapt to another culture.

Learning a new language is another reasons why someone might reconsider living here. If you don't speak any Spanish but still want to live in a country such as Colombia you can't but have to learn the language. English is not widely spoken here and it will be hard with no Spanish at all. If you can't imagine yourself learning a new language or if you are not willing to learn a new language, Colombia might not be the right place for you. You will miss out on a lot of things because of the lack of language skills.

And another one is stability. Stability doesn't go well with Colombia, meaning that everything can change pretty fast. Don't forget, that Colombia hasn't been stable for a long time and is still in the process of recuperating itself. There is still a lot to improve in order to make this country stable but meanwhile we have to accept it the way it is. If you are not the type of person to take a risk and rather stays in a place that gives you more the feeling of stability and security, then again, Colombia might not be the right place.

Watch the whole video in order to hear the other points, why Colombia might not be the right country for you. After watching the video it should be clearer to you if you still want to move to Colombia or not.

Don't hesitate to contact us with any Expat questions you might have. No matter if you've got questions about Medellin, Bogota, Santa Marta or Colombia in general. We would love to support you on your journey.
