Walking in MUNICH / Germany 🇩🇪- Hofgarten to Hofbräuhaus - 4K 60fps (UHD)
After our first walk ( ) we start in the Hofgarten (Court Garden) in the center of Munich and walk to the city centre.
On this sunny day people enjoy sitting in cafés, beer gardens and courtyards. We pass a few arcades before we get to the Marienplatz with the impressive New Town Hall. The nearby Viktualienmarkt is a little busy, so are the walking and shopping streets like the Kaufingerstraße on this afternoon.
From the Karlsplatz we first turn North and soon back into the Old Town. We head to the Hofbräuhaus am Platzl, the legendary beer hall to experience the beer culture of Munich, where we end this walk.
For a little music at the Hofbräuhaus you may want to check out the start of the following Munich walk:

Summer Vibes in Germany! City Walk in Düsseldorf - 4K-HDR Walking Tour with Captions
This walking tour in Düsseldorf, in the western part of Germany, was filmed on a warm day in May 2022 which almost felt like summer to me! The city is a regional hub for banking, advertising, fashion, shopping and knows how to have a lot of fun because it offers an incredible amount of cultural variety and a great nightlife. Here I am walking along the Media Harbour (Medienhafen) to the Rhine embankment promenade and then heading to the Altstadt, which is famous for its bars and restaurants and home to around 250 bars/beer taverns, many of which serve a proprietary version of Düsseldorf city’s brew of choice: The Altbier. This walk ends in front of the Heinrich Heine Allee metro station. Many visitors to Germany are only opting to explore the bigger urban hotspots of Berlin, Munich and its rival, Cologne. But this confident, well-to-do city is more than deserving of attention. Düsseldorf also houses the largest Japanese community in Germany. Many locals, business people, manga fans, otakus and food lovers from all over the world come together here to enjoy Japanese Ramen noodle soup, Sushi, Sake and Altbier. Turn on the closed captions (CC) to see subtitles with background information about the city & the area.
This 4K-HDR video vlog was recorded with high definition binaural audio in 60 FPS. 🎧 For an even more immersive experience, be sure to put on your headphones.

We will then take a walk along the beautiful Rheinuferpromenade riverfront which also features many outdoor bars. In the end we will move towards the city centre to explore the Carlsplatz and Königsallee shopping boulevard. Fully shot in 4K HDR, hope you will enjoy! Amazing City in Western Germany! Walking Tour of Düsseldorf in 4K With Captions!
Here I am walking in Düsseldorf in the western part of Germany, around its most luxurious street, the posh Königsallee (King's Avenue) in May 2022. Just like jewels in a crown, the elegant flagship stores all compete to see who glitters the most: Prada, Gucci, Hermès, Dior and Louis Vuitton. Königsallee is one of Europe's most glamorous shopping streets. We will proceed to the Carlsplatz market, a small street market, which features local fresh food from farmers. Right afterwards you will see the Altstadt, famous for its amazing nightlife and culture. It is also home to some 250 bars and beer taverns, many of which serve a proprietary version of Düsseldorf city’s brew of choice: Altbier. This tour ends in the metro of Heinrich Heine Allee station. Many visitors to Germany are only opting to explore the bigger urban hotspots of Berlin, Munich and its rival, Cologne. But this confident, well-to-do city is more than deserving of attention. Düsseldorf also houses the largest Japanese community in Germany. More than 8,000 Japanese people live in the state capital and characterise the vibrant Little Tokyo at the Immermannstraße. Locals, business people, manga fans, otakus and food lovers from all over the world come together here to enjoy Ramen noodle soup, sushi, sake and Altbier. Turn on the closed captions (CC) to see subtitles with background information about the city & the area.

Walking in DÜSSELDORF / Germany 🇩🇪- Around the Old Town - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Düsseldorf is a major city along the River Rhine. With a high living standard, an accessible location, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia has several perks like a lively pub and restaurant scene.
This walking tour of Düsseldorf starts at the northern old town near the Kunstakademie. We see several streets with pubs and restaurants that make the old town so popular especially in the evening.
Soon we get to see the Rhine river with the Schlossturm and Burgplatz. The St. Lambertus Church and Schlossturm (Castle Tower) both date to the 13th century.
From there we explore more of the many walkways around the city center. Eventually we head east towards the central train station and pass Martin-Luther-Platz and Platz der Deutschen Einheit on our way.
Our tour ends at the central train station Hauptbahnhof on this evening in fall.

Düsseldorf is the capital and second-largest city of the most populous German state of North Rhine-Westphalia(in Western Germany) after Cologne, and the seventh-largest city in Germany, with a population of 617,280. At the confluence of the Rhine and its tributary Düssel, the city lies in the centre of both the Rhine-Ruhr and the Rhineland Metropolitan Regions with the Cologne Bonn Region to its south and the Ruhr to its north. Most of the city lies on the right bank of the Rhine (as opposed to Cologne, whose city centre lies on the river's left bank). The city is the largest in the German Low Franconian dialect area (closely related to Dutch). Dorf meaning village in German, the -dorf suffix is unusual in the German-speaking area for a settlement of Düsseldorf's size.
I am starting this walk close to Düsseldorf Main Station then taking a quick stroll through not so crowded streets on the left side of the station. Right afterwards I am walking to the Alter Hafen (Old Harbour) and then end my tour at the Rhine river. I hope you can relax and enjoy this beautiful walking tour in Düsseldorf (Western Germany) on a windy and rainy summer day.
