Tucked away in a small private room adjacent to Jaleo’s bustling bar and paella grill, é by José Andrés offers a clever and creative tasting menu of Spanish avant-garde dishes. Accessed through a glass door emblazoned with the letter é, the room is dominated by a steel-topped bar with seating for nine. Set against a dramatic red glass wall and red velvet curtain, the space is a nod to the chef’s concept of cooking as performance.

Tickets to é by José Andrés become available three months in advance. Open Tuesday through Saturday with two shows per night, at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM. If your desired date is not available feel free to place your request on the waitlist.

After visiting a few buffets in Vegas, it's time for a change to a traditional meal... and what better place to have a traditional meal than at Bazaar Meats, one of the restaurants from Jose Andres that features many tapas and luxurious meats and steaks.

This meal experience certainly didn't disappoint and while I couldn't decide which dish to try, and wanted to try all of them, they have just the right solution... a tasting menu! In fact, this is the ultimate tasting menu with great tapas, and great steaks! But this was not cheap! The Ultimate Tasting Menu is $275 and with drinks and gratuities, this will easily bring it up to $400!

But the dishes and ingredients certainly lived up to the price tag... with caviar, king crab (de-shelled for you of course), and course after course of steaks! Wagyu, Kobe, and more! Definitely a splurge on this meal and very grateful to get try this, and even more grateful to share this experience with you!

We are supposed to get golden tickets mailed to us, but they ran out so they said we would get the tickets when we arrive. But because of that, we didn’t know where to go. The ticket actually tells you to check in at Jaleo. That's why we got lost.

It’s not that hard to get tables as long as you book 1 month in advance. You can book it through their website
