The Khmer Tourist Family trip on Water Festival 2019 for 4 days and 3 nights to Phnom Tbeng Meanchey in Preah Vihear Province in Cambodia. Start with this first video of our trip from Phnom Penh having breakfast and traveling on Road 6 crossing Kandal, Kampong Cham, Kampong thom heading to Preah Vihear Province. We ended this first part of video at tbeng mountain hillside where we park our Van and start to walk, hiking tbeng mountain to Poeung Tang You (big piece of iconic rock or stone)....

PREAH VIHEAR Province TOUR with Khmer Tourist Family
We're still on top of Phnom Dangrek (Dangrek Mountain) from visiting Preah Vihear temple. We're now at food stall buying coconuts cuz we're thirsty from touring the ancient temple. We take motorbikes down the hill back to our Van at Preah Vihear ticket selling office on the ground and travel back to Krong Preah Vihear. We had dinner at Sra'em market at Peuy Ta Ruon BBQ & Soup restaurant. After dinner, we continued driving to Preah Vihear town and stay one night at Srayong Koh Ker. The next morning, we will visit Koh Ker temple and other temples nearby Koh Ker temple.

Picnic Lunch & Trekking to Chak Angre Waterfall on Tbeng Meanchey Mountain
We return from visiting Poeung Thmor Hout and Preah Bat Chorn Tuk to Poeung Tang You and back to our camping site for lunch and relaxing. We have 2 chickens for making food. Our ladies made Chicken soup to eat with white rice and pickled vegetables. After lunch, we play and swim in the stream and get ready to visit Chak Angre Leu waterfall on top of Phnom Tbeng Meanchey in Preah Vihear Province.

We just left Phnom Tbeng Meanchey heading to Tomnub 95 (Dam 95) Tourism Site at Preah Vihear Province. It's a beautiful place with a huge lake like Yeak Lom Lake in Rattanakiri Province. We had some foods at a restaurant by the lake and continued to Prasat Preah Lean also in Preah Vihear Province.

Tbeng Meanchey Trip | Breakfast at Sek Meas Restaurant
It's a 3 days & 2 nights trip with Forest Tours to Tbeng Meanchey Mountain at Preah Vihear Province in Cambodia. It's at the first video started from Phnom Penh to Kampong Cham Province. We had breakfast at Sek Meas (Golden Parrot) Restaurant at Skun, Cheung Prey District. I had a special noodle set with ice-milk coffee. Chamrong is our tour leader, he's having noodle soup too, while everyone had grilled pork rice, grilled chicken drumstick rice, beef noodle soup. It's a great breakfast.

Tbeng mountain located in Preah Vihear province and about 36km from the city. Tbeng mountain is the amazing place in Cambodia, the history place of the monk for meditation such as Louk Ta Soung(monk name). there are cave, Waterfall, forest, pagoda, also nice for camping. to reach the top of mountain you have to walk up 1345 stairs passing Wat Dambok Khmao.

It's a beautiful 2 nights & 3 days trip with Forest Tours to Tbeng Meanchey at Preah Vihear Province in Cambodia. This video started from Sek Meas Restaurant where we just had breakfast heading to Sambo Prei Kuk temple, taking tours in the temples and had lunch at a restaurant nearby the temples. We had lunch on a big long bed under the tree shade with great and tasty food.

Open to beautiful aerial view of Tbeng Meanchey mountain, Thmor Bei Dom Pagoda and Tama waterfall. We're back to Dambouk Khmao Pagoda, get back to our bus back to our guesthouse and went to dinner at Sela Chantrea restaurant in Krong Preah Vihear. It's the end 2nd day trip.

It's the last day of our Tbeng Meanchey Trip 3 days & 2 nights. We got up, checked out, went to breakfast in Krong Preah Vihear, bought organic fruits along National Road 62 and travel to our last destination at Tbeng hillside in Preah Vihear Province.

Preah vihear | Cambodia Trip | Thbeng mean chey mountain
Preah Vihear City, still commonly known by its old name, Tbeng Meanchey (ត្បែងមានជ័យ), is a sleepy provincial capital where dogs lounging in the middle of the street are only occasionally jolted awake by passing vehicles. There's very little to see or do here, but the town is useful as a base for journeys to Prasat Preah Vihear, Preah Khan and Koh Ker. Note that a closer base for Prasat Preah Vihear is Sra Em, only 30km south of the temple.
