In this colourful shopping village, you can find many brand name stores and they seem to always have major sales going on. I always able to find something cheaper here compare to Montreal. There are also a few restaurants on site and a groceries store. It's definitely worth a stop if you visit Montreal, Quebec!

Bienvenue au magnifique Parc Éco Laurentides. Une oasis au cœur de la forêt laurentienne! Un territoire naturel de 1770 hectares, situé a St-Faustin du Lac Carré, dans les Laurentides, pas trop loin du Mont Tremblant.

Driving: Saint-Calixte to Saint-Jérôme (Québec, Canada)
Today, we are driving from Saint-Calixte in the Lanaudière region to Saint-Jérôme in the Laurentides region in Quebec, Canada. It was a grey day and was raining later that day.
We tried to removved the reflections but it wasn't possible most of the time because of our CPL filter died completely. It was not working anymore. We think the sun might have burned some layer of it ? We found another solution for our future video, but we still wanted to share this drive with you. It gets better in the second half of the video.
Enjoy the view and the Ambient and relaxing music for sleeping, meditation or unwind. Do not forget to enble de subtitles, soon after this video is online, we will add some very interesting facts about the places we go through and you might learn a lot.

L'été dans les Laurentides - Summer in the Laurentians
Le soleil se lève sur les Laurentides et déjà il fait bon. Ce sera incontestablement une journée magnifique. Il ne reste qu'à tirer à la courte paille pour choisir l'activité du jour. Ce matin, ce sera le golf ou le vélo, ce midi un pique-nique à la plage suivi d'une baignade, puis une tournée des galeries avant d'aller se délecter sur une terrasse au coucher du soleil.
C'est ça l'été laurentien et encore plus...
The sun is rising over the Laurentians and it already feels pretty good. There’s no doubt it’s going to be a very special day. Nothing remains but to draw the short straw and decide today’s activity. This morning, it might be a round of golf or some biking, a beach picnic for lunch followed by a swim, then a tour around the galleries before sitting back and enjoying the sunset on a terrace somewhere.

Le Sentier des cimes Laurentides est le lieu idéal pour admirer les couleurs automnales des magnifiques paysages des Laurentides!
L'Odyssée des couleurs, tous les jours de la mi-septembre à la fin octobre, est une véritable immersion dans la forêt automnale, avec des points de vue uniques sur ce spectacle extraordinaire. Niché sur le site patrimonial de l'Ancienne pisciculture de Saint-Faustin et à 15 minutes de Mont Tremblant, le Sentier des cimes Laurentides est un endroit exceptionnel pour une escapade en nature.
Totalisant près de 3 km (aller-retour), le sentier aménagé à la cime des arbres culmine sur une tour panoramique de 40 mètres et il est ponctué de stations éducatives interactives. La passerelle et la tour d’observation sont conçues sans obstacle, avec une pente maximale de 6 %, et donc facilement accessibles aux poussettes et aux fauteuils roulants.
Des décorations champêtres ajoutent aux charmes de la saison, un menu des récoltes est offert au restaurant Chez Émile et, les samedis et dimanches, la terrasse est animée par des musiciens et des activités familiales.
Des jeux d’hébertisme pour les enfants sont également sur le site de l'Ancienne pisciculture, de même qu'un espace muséal, des jardins et des sentiers de randonnée.

It has been a while. Unfortunately, I didn't have much opportunity for any serious road trip video in the last year, so I've recorded a little something to get something out. Today, I am driving north of Montréal, exploring the Laurentides and Lanaudière regions, driving through mountain roads, passing through small roads and towns.
