I had an absolutely wonderful time in Pine, Arizona. I met Star from Sky's In Pine, Mike form the Honey Stand, and Anthony B. from the Pinewood Tavern and they were amazing people.
Many people don’t realize how diverse Arizona really is – they figure it’s all desert here. We know that’s simply not true. Some of Arizona’s towns sit up in the mountains, amongst the pines. This delightful town is just such a place. Drive along AZ-87 and just try to go through the delightful little town of Pine without stopping. It’s impossible!
Pine is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Gila County, Arizona, United States. The population was 1,963 at the 2010 census. Pine was established by four Mormon families in 1879.
