Next, head to the Adelaide Botanic Garden, a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city. Stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens, see the Victorian Palm House and Bicentennial Conservatory, and visit the National Wine Centre of Australia for a tasting of some of the country's best wines.

For a glimpse into South Australia's history, visit the South Australian Museum. With over 4 million objects in its collection, the museum showcases the state's natural and cultural heritage, including Aboriginal artefacts and fossils of ancient animals that roamed the area millions of years ago.

If you're looking for a bit of adventure, take a trip to the Adelaide Hills and hike through the Mount Lofty Ranges. The region boasts stunning natural scenery, quaint towns, and plenty of wineries where you can taste some of the area's award-winning wines.

Back in the city, explore the vibrant street art scene in the West End. The area is home to some of the most impressive murals and installations in the city, including works by local and international artists.

For a taste of the beach life, visit the seaside suburb of Glenelg. Relax on the golden sands, take a dip in the ocean, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many beachside cafes and restaurants.

If you're interested in science and technology, don't miss the South Australian Science and Technology Centre, also known as Questacon. The interactive exhibits and hands-on activities are fun for all ages and will leave you with a greater appreciation for the world around us.

AUSTRALIA's TOP wine-producing region (Barossa Valley)

Australia is the world's 5th largest wine producer, and 45-50% of this production comes from the region around Adelaide, the state capital of South Australia. Here you'll find the country's most renowned wine region, called Barossa Valley. It's just 1 hour away from Adelaide and very worth a day trip (or even better, go for the weekend).

Barossa Valley has over 150 wineries for you to choose from, and they're very different from one another. As we didn't know the quality of their wines, we chose 3 for different reasons: Bethany, for the picturesque site, Lambert for the family production, and Yalumba for the history. We were surprised that all of them actually had all 3 elements. They were extremely gorgeous properties with an incredibly family-friendly environment, history, and outstanding wines.

If you're choosing which wineries to visit in the Barossa, we recommend all three. As we both wanted to enjoy the wines, we didn't want to drive and opted for a company called Trailhopper. Our driver/guide, Nathan, was amazing. Totally recommend their services!

► WHO AM I?

I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that, for so long, I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!

P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American, and he's actually camera-shy. That's why he's behind the camera most of the time 😉

Hi, Guys Mabuhay PIpol of the Universe! In today's video, we are going to explore the Barossa Valley here in South Australia. Tara na pipol of the universe 💋💋💋

The Barossa Valley is a renowned wine-producing region northeast of Adelaide, in South Australia. The area encompasses towns such as Tanunda, Angaston and Nuriootpa, and an array of high-profile wineries offering tours and cellar-door tastings. Shiraz grapes are the local specialty. The stone cottages and Lutheran churches throughout the region are testaments to a 19th-century wave of German settlers.

We VISITED 2 tourists attraction in the Barossa Valley.(AMAZING PLACE)

Tagalog-English

Come and join us explore the beauty Barossa Valley.

Whispering Wall
Overview

The Whispering Wall is open from 9am - 5pm (6pm in daylight saving) and not open in total fire bans days, catastrophic fire days, and sometimes not open on extreme fire danger days.
Check the CFS website for ratings.

The Whispering Wall is in fact the retaining wall of the Barossa Reservoir. Built between 1899 and 1903, the dam was a revolutionary engineering feat for its day and attracted attention from all over the world, even making its way into the pages of the journal Scientific American.

But what draws visitors to the Whispering Wall is its unique acoustic effects: words whispered at one side can be clearly heard at the other, more than 100 metres away. Children in particular love visiting the wall and testing its abilities.

Besides trying out the Whispering Wall, visitors can also learn about the history of the construction of the dam, take in the scenery of the water reserve and enjoy the colours and sounds of the peaceful bush setting.

Info website:

Barossa Bowland and Mini Golf
