Here's our list of where to stay in Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone is huge, and can be quite crowded! There are a number of hotels within the park ($$$$) and there are some small towns (Gardiner, MT and West Yellowstone, Montana) on the outskirts of the park that are worth checking out as well. Here's the one thing about Yellowstone though, you don't want to go without a plan!

Please note, that we made a mistake when making this video. West Yellowstone is in MONTANA not in Idaho. It is 13 miles from the Idaho border and on the West side of the Yellowstone park. Here are some hotel options in West Yellowstone, Montana.
