This video is from our visit at the chinese sanctuary YangTorp witch is located in Hörby in the south of Sweden.

Yangtorp is a Buddhist qigong temple and hotel in Hörby municipality. Marcus Bongart started the construction of the temple in the 1990s with major financial support from Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Bongart founded the temple to introduce his form of the Chinese tradition called qigong in southern Sweden.
But the construction of the temple dragged on and ended up in a dispute with Lyngstad over SEK 40 million, but Bongart won the dispute. During this legal process, many thefts occurred, the temple fell into disrepair, and Bongart was convicted of accounting crimes.
This contributed to Yangtorp being sold in 2013 and the new owner began to complete the facility which finally opened in 2015, still with Marcus Bongart on the board.

Eketorp is an Iron Age fort in southeastern Öland, Sweden, which was extensively reconstructed and enlarged in the Middle Ages. Throughout the ages the fortification has served a variety of somewhat differing uses: from defensive ringfort, to medieval safe haven and thence a cavalry garrison. In the 20th century it was further reconstructed to become a heavily visited tourist site and a location for re-enactment of medieval battles. Eketorp is the only one of the 19 known prehistoric fortifications on Öland that has been completely excavated, yielding a total of over 24,000 individual artifacts. The entirety of southern Öland has been designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Eketorp fortification is often referred to as Eketorp Castle.

La forteresse d'Eketorp (en suédois Eketorps borg) est une forteresse de l'âge du fer située au Sud-Est de l'île d'Öland, sur la plaine de Stora Alvaret en Suède.
Elle fut construite autour de l'an 300-400, selon une architecture caractéristique des forts circulaires, probablement justifiée par le fait que le paysage est très plat et qu'une attaque peut venir de toute direction. Cette forteresse avait un diamètre d'environ 57 m et était construite en calcaire. Au vie siècle, elle est agrandie et atteint 80 m de diamètre, et accueille cette fois une population permanente en son sein. Elle est finalement abandonnée au viie siècle pour des raisons inconnues. La fortification est reprise au Moyen Âge, entre 1170 et 1240, et un nouveau mur est construit autour du premier, atteignant un diamètre final de près de 120 m. Les activités sont maintenant probablement plus tournées vers l'artisanat et le commerce que dans les phases précédentes.
De grandes fouilles ont été entreprises au xxe siècle, en particulier en 1974, déterrant pas moins de 24 000 objets. Le mur d'enceinte fut reconstruit ainsi que quelques maisons dans des styles de l'âge de fer et du Moyen Âge. Un musée fut constitué au sein de la structure en 1984, exposant une sélection des objets trouvés. C'est aujourd'hui un site touristique important et il est protégé au sein du site du patrimoine mondial Paysage agricole du sud d'Öland.

En trevlig natur- och kulturled i Älmås naturreservat. Borås kommun.
En trevlig vandringsled på cirka 2,4 km, som jag förlänger med cirka 600 meter för att få uppleva Svarttjärnen, där det finns en grillstuga. Den här promenaden gick jag den 14 maj 2020.

Kypegården hittar man i norra delen av Borås, strax intill djurparken. Här gick jag den 8,7 km långa vandringsleden. Och hur var den då?
