The Longest Curve Of Pakrail, The Horseshoe Curve, Journey On Lahore-Rawalpindi Main Line
hey everyone welcome to the next video on our channel
Journey on lahore pindi section main line1, from Bakrala Railway Station to Tarki railway station, crossing the longest curve, a horseshoe curve, of Pakrail in between bakrala & tarki.
the train i am on board is 39 Up Jaffer Express with the lead of ZCU-20-6413 looping at Bakrala railway station, while 36 dn Sirsyed Express also arriving and looping on for cross, with the lead of GEU-20-4557.
after the cross our train moves on towards tarki railway station after joining main line, and negotiates the longest curve to tarki, while passing through the beautiful ghats of tarki section. though its a uphill journey but ZCU-20 has remarkable pickup, as you can see it easily pulls a 10 rakes long train and by the time we reach tarki it attains the maximum permissible speed of this section.
