First up is Manhattan, the most densely populated borough of New York City. Known as the financial capital of the world, Manhattan is home to some of the most recognizable landmarks, including the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and Times Square. But Manhattan is much more than just skyscrapers and tourist attractions. It is a melting pot of cultures, with diverse neighborhoods like Chinatown, Little Italy, and Harlem. Take a stroll through Central Park or the High Line, and you'll see why Manhattan is such a beloved part of New York City.
Next, we head over to Brooklyn, the most populous borough of New York City. Brooklyn has undergone a transformation in recent years, becoming a hub for creatives, entrepreneurs, and foodies alike. From the trendy neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Bushwick to the historic brownstones of Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights, there is no shortage of things to do and see in Brooklyn. Be sure to check out the Brooklyn Bridge and the Coney Island boardwalk while you're here.
Moving on to Queens, the largest borough of New York City by area. Queens is a true melting pot, with over 170 languages spoken here. This diversity is reflected in the many ethnic enclaves, including Little India, Astoria, and Flushing. Queens is also home to some of New York City's most famous landmarks, including the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows Corona Park and the iconic neon sign at the Pepsi-Cola sign in Long Island City.
Heading north, we arrive at the Bronx, known as the birthplace of hip hop and home to the famous Yankee Stadium. The Bronx is also home to some of the city's most beautiful parks, including Van Cortlandt Park and Pelham Bay Park. The Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden are also must-see destinations for visitors to the borough. But perhaps what makes the Bronx truly unique is its vibrant arts and culture scene, with institutions like the Bronx Museum of the Arts and the Hostos Center for the Arts and Culture.
Finally, we make our way to Staten Island, the southernmost borough of New York City. Despite being only a ferry ride away from Manhattan, Staten Island feels worlds apart, with a slower pace of life and more green spaces than any other borough. Be sure to check out the historic neighborhoods of St. George and Tottenville, and don't miss a visit to the Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden.

The newest trend in Summer Travel is going to colder or cooler spots due to the greater frequency of heat waves that have spread across the planet. Traditional hotspots like the South of France, Italy, and Spain have become unbearable in the Summer with triple digit heat searing most of these places.
Travelers are opting for places more Northward like Scandinavia. Countries like Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and even the Faroe Islands are surging in popularity due to the long sunlight and breezy, mild highs of 70's and 80's.

Nous avons débutés la journée par la visite du sanctuaire de Vicoforte à quelques minutes de Mondovi. C'est tout simplement majestueux !
Nous sommes ensuite arrivés dans la petite ville de Mondovi, un seul mot : authentique ! La ville est faite en 2 parties, la partie basse où se situe tout les commerces, puis la partie haute où se situe la vielle ville avec une authenticité hors du commun. Les 2 parties sont reliées par le funiculaire !

Bagnasco è di antichissima origine: infatti è già menzionata in un diploma dell' Imperatore
OTTONE I del maggio 969. Nel secolo XII pervenne in eredità
ai Marchesi di Ceva i quali, vi eressero un castello con lo scopo di creare un punto di controllo sui traffici lungo la strada della Liguria.
In seguito al matrimonio di Sofia,
figlia di Guglielmo III di Ceva, il 6 giugno 1270 il castello era dato in feudo a
Roberto di Laveno, signore di Serrez. Nel 1329 veniva occupato dalle truppe di Chieri
e quindi dalle forze viscontee. Il 6 giugno 1387, Gian Galeazzo, duca di Milano, lo dava in dote alla figlia Valentina che si univa in matrimonio con Ludovico d'Orleans.
Nel 1503,Ludovico,re di Francia, lo infeudava a Francesco Maria della Rovere e dodici anni dopo, il 25 ottobre, lo acquistava il genovese Sauli per rivenderlo nel 1532 al marchese Giovanni del Carretto. Nel 1555, con l'impiego di grosse mine, il castello veniva demolito dalle truppe francesi, poichè anche se non costituiva una fortezza temibile, era senza dubbio un inciampo, lungo le direttrici di marcia dell'esercito durante le lunghe guerre tra Francesco I e Carlo V.
CURIOSITA' : il castello si ritiene sia stato anche usato come rifugio dai
Saraceni : è per questa ragione viene impropriamente definito in loco

🎬 In questo video vi facciamo vedere una panchina in provincia di Cuneo, a 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐯𝐢'.
La panchina è azzurra e bianca💙🤍 ed è collocata lungo il tracciato del sentiero Landandé, in località San Giovanni, a meno di 50 metri dalla chiesetta posta sulla sommità della collina.
La big bench sanmichelese è orientata in direzione Vicoforte e si affaccia sulle Alpi. Da lì il panorama è davvero eccezionale!

🔔 Nello stesso giorno abbiamo visitato anche il 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞, una chiesa monumentale tra le più importanti del Piemonte.
La sua cupola con sezione orizzontale ellittica è la più grande di tale forma al mondo.
