One day in Štip! 🇲🇰

Štip is a municipality in eastern North Macedonia. Štip is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. This municipality is part of the Eastern Statistical Region.

What to see in one day in Štip?

•Alexander III of Macedon, commonly known as Alexander the Great, was a king of the ancient Greek kingdom of Macedon. He succeeded his father Philip II to the throne in 336 BC at the age of 20, and spent most of his ruling years conducting a lengthy military campaign throughout Western Asia and Egypt. By the age of 30, he had created one of the largest empires in history, stretching from Greece to northwestern India. He was undefeated in battle and is widely considered to be one of history's greatest and most successful military commanders.

•The Church of St. Nicholas was built in its present form on the ruins of an older temple dating from 1341. It was consecrated in 1867. The interior is decorated with frescoes and carved wooden elements. Most of the icons on display inside date from the 19th century, but some were also painted in the 17th and 18th centuries, mainly by local artists.

•Kadin Ada is a Muslim object every day, prayers are recited so that the same object is very ancient and is the most visited...

•The Hüsamettin Paşa Mosque, whose exact date of construction cannot be determined, is listed in the Tekye-i Bâlâ neighborhood in the Foundation Book (no. 758, pp. 67-11). Even Evlija Çelebiu mentions among the mosques of Shtip (Shtip) that he visited in the year (1661-62).

•The Museum of ZMRO Activists from Shtip and Shtip Region, building also known as Andonov's House, is a historical museum in Novosella, Shtip, North Macedonia. The building, which is part of the old architecture of the city, is registered as the Cultural Heritage of North Macedonia under the name House on Krste Misirkov street. no. 34.

•Opština Štip is a first-order administrative division and is located in Štip, Macedonia. The estimate terrain elevation above seal level is 470 metres.

•The Goce Delčev University of Štip is a public university in North Macedonia. Founded in 2007, the university has twelve faculties and three academies (as of July 2019). As of 2018–19 school year, a total of 8,237 students are enrolled at the university.

•Bargala is an archaeological site in Karbinci Municipality, North Macedonia, 10 km east of the city of Štip. It is situated in a river valley on the lower slope of the north side of Plačkovica Mountain. The site's name is of Thracian origin. An inscription at the site states that the city gate was constructed in 371/372 AD. An important religious and cultural centre of the middle Bregalnica region, Bargala was a city in the Roman province of Macedonia Secunda. In the 4th and 5th centuries, the prosperous city was the seat of a bishopric with a basilica complex at its centre and four more basilicas located outside the city wall. The bishopric of Bargala existed until the end of the 6th century AD.

Visiting Bulgaria. Across the Border Dimitrovgrad, Serbia

These videos record out trip around Bulgaria, visiting Sofia, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, Plovdiv, Balchik and Kamchiya Nature Reserve. We also headed across the border into Romania, Macedonia and Serbia. Highlights were the stray dogs, roman ampitheatre, Russian Army Monuments, Russian aircraft - Mig and Sukhoi - the beach and other statues. The food was good, the people delightful, the dogs adorable, the countryside impressive and the architecture interesting. We hadn't expected much from Bulgaria and picked it at random but were really impressed and enjoyed it immensely!

На десетина километри од Чашка, на дваесетина километри североисточно од Велес, со околу педесетина куќи, со околу двесте жители, се наоѓа велешкото село Лисиче.

Ciche i spokojne miejsce. Fantastyczni gospodarze. To ludzie którzy mają super podejście do klienta. Są figi winogrona przyprawy. W pobliżu domu są stare ruiny skąd widać całą okolicę. Jest to na końcu filmu ujęcia z powietrza. Jest też widoczny najwyższy szczyt wyspy jak i koniec czyli Lun. Caska znajduje się mniej więcej w połowie drogi z Pagu do Lunu. Jakieś 15 minut na nogach do słynnej dyskoteki Zrce Beach.
