(repeated Wed 13 Apr 2016 20:00).Henderson Island is located in the Pitcairn Island group. It lies near to the middle of the Pacific Ocean - the largest ocean on the planet. It is one of the most remote and inaccessible islands on Earth, and remains uninhabited. Due to its isolation it is little impacted by mankind and harbours several unique species of birds that occur nowhere else. Stewart McPherson made a rare visit to Henderson Island, and this film documents the wildlife that he encountered.
